Keyaar Announced The New Rule

Muthuramalincoln, a journalist who stood in the background and toiled his blood for his first movie titled 'Snehavin Kadhalargal' which was written by some of the leading directors.
This film audio launch has taken place at Prasad Lab Salaigramam, Chennai which was accompanied by director Seeman with the director-producer keyaar.
During the audio launch producer keyaar announced the advertising budget for upcoming films should be Rs.40 lakh and it should not exceed the limit though the film is big or small. 
He also says the rule is going to be implemented immedietly. Last year the Tamil Film Producers' Council Election was won by Keyaar but there was a legal case against the winning of this election.
But when the case came for enquiry at the court, all the legal cases that has been filed against them has been thrashed out and rejected by the court.
He ends his speech by saying we were struggling hard to implement good schemes and hereafter Tamil Film Producers Council would be working to give their level best for the welfare of the Producers, by implementing all the welfare Schemes in full swing.
